CBBC, get into the Buzz


Buzz is a companion app for CBBC TV Channel packing funny videos, mini games, quizes aimed at a young audience. I was asked to produce several flows and wireframes for parental approval process and handle entire design production and delivery for implementation using SketchApp . This involved deliverables such as site flows, style guides, design patterns, animations and etc.

When iOS first came about I wanted to create a self expression music instrument ‘made for fingers’ that was discoverable and intuitive. The main goal was to have fun making beats by capturing ideas and be able to mix and perform live.

I concept design a data-driven interactive system based on conversational design or ‘coach' wich can identify skills, meta-competencies and measure cognitive abilities using games and learning materials.
I helped facilitate a meeting to gather requirements for a new startup.

Salt Calculator & Snow Alerts


My client was looking for an easy way to calculate how much salt they actualy need for any given location. After the initial meeting, the client and I have produced some rough sketches to understand the calculator and formula. I started ideating wireframes to define information architecture to get approval before start producing the prototype.

I gathered the project content and requirements and agreed on the project scope with the project manager.
Started concept designing the IA and user interface for testing, gathering feedback and approval.
Once I got the content I designed all the stages and steps using sketchApp artboards and translated them into a Hype project where I produced the web-interactive transitions and animations.

From the kick-off meeting it became apparent that a simple match3 game was the most sensible for it’s popularity and developers and support services where already using the name for their own integration prototypes.
I developed the visual language and came up with the idea for the first world map. The biggest challenge was to craft an idea that could be scalable for other worlds, isles, episodes.
